Leona DeCastro brought with her to Watson Realty Corporation her experience as the Mortgage Area Specialist with Fleet National Bank in Bristol, Rhode Island covering Tiverton, Warren, Bristol and Newport.  Leona moved to Jacksonville (1983) to assist her parents run a Dunkin' Donuts franchise which then was left to both her and her husband Manny to run.  They then in turn self-developed four other franchise locations and successfully sold them in 2005. During this period of time she and Manny raised two sons MJ and Joshua who are now married and have blessed the family with five grandchildren.  Latter 2005 she joined Watson Realty Corp. bringing with her good work ethics, high integrity and having strong principals which has brought her great success working with the Watson family of agents over the past 13 years. Leona was taught by her Portuguese family to strive to do her best, no matter what job she was undertaking.  Their motto: “always reach to succeed!”  Leona provides complete customer satisfaction with her three steps to success that she follows:  caring, listening and following through.  She understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful and is often referred to by her customers as the "Hammer" providing her customers with the upmost direct approach and customer satisfaction.   Leona’s easy-going and fun personality will definitely make the experience as pleasurable as possible. Her goal is to make sure her customer’s needs are met and to save them time and money.  By accomplishing that, they have both succeeded!
