- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- sea salt (3-4 pinches)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 twigs of rosemary

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 package of linguiça or chouriço, chopped (Purchase at Publix)
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 carrots, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 ¾ cups unsalted chicken broth
- 1 pkg. (6 ounces) Stove Top Corn Bread Stuffing
- 1 pkg. (6 ounces) Stove Top Chicken Bread Stuffing

- Heat the butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.
